1. Why does de-medicalising mental distress NOT equate to de-legitimising it ? *

2. Why did Terry put forward that a mental/psychological diagnosis is NOT the same as a physical diagnosis. *

3. Can you take one mental illness label (eg PTSD, depression, Bi Polar, Psychosis etc) and explain how it’s symptoms might get created i.e. explain what the outsource and subsequent thinking/ feeling might be along the False Logic Road. *

1. Why is physical wellbeing not a condition for psychological wellbeing? *

2. Why do you think it's so common for us humans to go on the False Logic road around physical suffering? *

3. Can you give a real-life example of a person (could be you) going off-track about a physical situation and describe the subsequent thinking/feeling/behaviour on the False Logic Road, and also describe what they/you would need to see in order to find the Logic road in themselves/yourself? *

1. Why would it be inaccurate to say that someone attaches their wellbeing to cigarettes/alcohol/shopping, etc? *
